Caring staff, reasonably large and large room, perfect location. We had a continental breakfast which was satisfactory. Generally the service was outstanding.
This place was pretty good for a 4-star hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was amazing, just a quick 5-minute walk to the Heritage Museums. 🏛️
The staff was courteous and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and microwave. The location was convenient to nearby attractions and businesses, allowing me to hit some great spots. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast bar and coffee, which was convenient for my early morning departure.
Despite the positives, there were a few cons.
The bed was not made daily and the room service only tended to the bare minimum.
During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free wifi, which made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The room did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness.
The room's bathroom tiles were broken, and the bathtub looked dirty, which was a bit disappointing.
